My alternator was charging poorly. I brought it in and John checked it and said it was working fine. I was a little baffled. He said he could pull it apart to check the brushes if I'd like and it would be $20. I went for that and he said the brushes had 75% left. Sounds good. He mentioned when I installed my alternator to grab the fan on the alternator to make sure the belt was tight enough I could not spin it. I had the belt pretty tight but could just barely rotate the fan by hand. So I tightened it a bit more and now my alternator is charging great. Anyway this outfit is first class!!!! Thanks John.
